Judy and Lolly, that was great. I don't know how you managed going back and forth so smoothly. I hope you're planning to do more of these--especially with something like pasta, people find that looking at the cook's hands, close up, is so useful compared to any written description. At one point, Judy made an orecchietto (is that right? sing. of orecchiette?)--you could almost do a whole session on tricky southern pasta shapes like those. Keep at it--you were delightful!

I never have! You can freeze pesto without the cheese.. so why not?
