Finally, we made it through 2022. I take weather as an omen. Longer days, more light… brings me joy!

There are several things one eats for the New Year. Often fish on new year’s even, I did some prawns.

But traditionally here, you have rich pork products,cotecchino or cappello del prete, a boiled fatty sausage from Emilia Romagna.
