If you can't come to Italy, at least eat like an Italian.

June 1 is liberation day in a way. Restaurants can now serve indoors, curfew is later and although masks are still necessary, friends can hang out together for an aperitivo and dine out.

June 2 is actually a holiday for Italy, the birth of the Repubblic of Italy. Before Italy was united, it was all separate “states”.
