I LOVE LEMONS

a perfect dessert for Easter

Living in Italy, lemon is the flavoring for sweets rather than vanilla. I like to find the Sicilian or Italian lemons when I buy a lemon. They explode with flavor and their fragrance.

Most cakes and cookies have grated lemon zest. The Amalfi Coast has some of my favorite lemon desserts. If you get a chance, try the Delice di Limone.
