The city of crystal is a real treasure

I moved my cooking school to Colle Val D’Elsa after we moved to Certaldo. It was on the trainline from Florence to Siena.The weekly market was one of the best around without being too big.

I found an apartment to teach out of like I had in Florence, plus a back terrace.
