Party plans thwarted

March was fun. David Lebovitz came to Tuscany on vacation and we met up for lunch and toured my village, Certaldo. Lunch was at a favorite truckstop and then we also stopped at a local artisan gelato shop…. of course.

I had just had a wonderful weekend in Bologna showing my brother and his wife around. We walked and walked and ate and ate. Perfect weeken…
